DeltaSpark Turns CO₂ into a Resource with Support from the Migros Pioneer Fund

Together with the Migros Pioneer Fund, we are redefining CO₂ not as waste, but as a valuable resource for sustainable materials and clean energy by converting industrial emissions into stable mineral products for low-carbon construction while simultaneously producing clean hydrogen, and oxygen. With the fund’s support, DeltaSpark is now scaling its solution, validating it with pilot customers, and preparing for commercial market entry.

The Migros Pioneer Fund is a Swiss funding initiative dedicated to supporting innovative projects with the potential to create positive societal impact. Established in 2012 as part of the Migros Group’s broader social commitment, the fund focuses on identifying and backing bold, forward-thinking ideas that address pressing social, environmental, and technological challenges.

With an annual budget of roughly CHF 15–18 million, funded by companies within the Migros Group, the fund has supported more than 140 projects since its inception, investing over CHF 140 million in impact-driven ventures across Switzerland.

The fund prioritizes initiatives that combine social relevance with economic viability, aiming to foster long-term change in areas such as climate and resources, technology and ethics, and community development.
