We are looking for a highly driven Founder Associate Intern to work directly with the CEO.

This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to how a startup is built and scaled. You will be involved in decision-making, execution, and cross-functional projects across the company.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how to operate at founder level and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

What You Will Do

• Partner closely with the CEO on strategic priorities and day-to-day execution
• Drive special projects across strategy, operations, product, and growth
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business insights
• Support business development, partnerships, and investor outreach
• Help prepare materials for fundraising (pitch decks, research, data rooms)
• Identify inefficiencies and improve internal processes
• Do targeted research : competitor scans, supplier screening, standards/regulatory checks, or short landscape summaries for CTO decisions.
• Organise notes, meeting summaries, milestone trackers, and selected technical project documentation for CTO

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor in Business
• Fluent in German
• Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking
• Strong execution skills and ability to move quickly from idea to action
• High ownership mindset: you take responsibility and follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and building from zero

Bonus points:

• Previous experience in startups, consulting, or fast-paced environments
• Fluent in French
